Since several months, the artist Sylvain Tremblay is experiencing an amazing adventure in China.
He decided to join a Quebecois friend of him, already established in Pekin few years ago.
As he arrived in China, he received many invitations to expose his art, and on December 18th, he held his first event in Pekin, sponsored by Mercedes China and Art Asia Foundation.
During his staying he met several internationally renowned Chinese painters with whom he agreed to organize group exhibitions.
In this very special occasion, we are very pleased to present you the paintings Sylvain sent us from China.
You can notice in these works the way Sylvain’s gesture is elegantly released on the canvas and how Chinese Calligraphy influenced him. Colors became brighter and dazzling.
This journey is giving to Sylvain's work even more spontaneity and sophistication. Therefore, his technique is growing more and more fascinating.
We hope you will enjoy those paintings as much as we do.
Sylvain's Chinese adventure is continuing and we will keep you up-to-date!
